Reservation of Rights

An outline of Studio Nucifera’s rights regarding client selection, service provision, pricing, and work arrangements.

Studio Nucifera reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the clients and projects with which we will engage. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organisation without obligation to provide a reason.

We also reserve the right to set and adjust pricing for our services based on the scope, complexity, and nature of the project, as well as our expertise and availability. Pricing may vary between clients or projects and is subject to change prior to any formal written agreement.

Additionally, we reserve the right to choose whether to work remotely or in person. This arrangement will be determined on a case-by-case basis and formalised through written agreements with clients.

By engaging with Studio Nucifera, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
