For project-based work, we typically request a 30% deposit to reserve your slot. The remainder is invoiced according to our agreement (e.g., on final delivery or at milestones). Retainer-based work doesn’t usually require a deposit. Instead, it’s invoiced monthly, issued on the first business day of the month for settlement by the last one.

Can we structure payment by hour, deliverable, or word count?
